NAMEI is now ISO 9001:2015 Certified!

Acquired by STI Education Services Group, Inc. (STI ESG), NAMEI (Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Institute) Polytechnic Institute successfully passed the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2015 Certification Audit conducted by the world-leading certification body DNV GL (Det Norske Veritas Germanischer Lloyd) on August 3-4, 2020.

The ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. Various organizations use the standard to showcase and enhance their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet both customer and regulatory requirements.

By meeting the requirements of the standard, NAMEI, an educational institution that offers courses such as Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation, and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, proved its commitment to providing quality education that every student needs.

The ISO certification is a notable accomplishment for NAMEI. It has strengthened the institution's adherence to innovative and relevant education. During the certification audit, the institution's eLearning Management System (eLMS) was found user-friendly for both students and instructors. The eLMS is an interactive educational tool, an engaging social platform, and a convenient personal organizer all in one. It allows the students to review and study ahead as well as track their learning progress, collaborate with their classmates, and connect with their teachers anytime and anywhere.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a milestone for NAMEI as the institution continuously pursues academic excellence when it comes to the delivery of superior learning systems.
