STI College-Taft Runs for the Environment

STI College slipped on their running gear as they showed their support for the 10th Annual Fun Run for a cause of DZMM dubbed as "Takbo Para sa Kalikasan 2009" held on March 8 at the Quirino Grandstand.

 

Around 30 students of STI College-Taft, joined by faculty and staff, actively participated in the Fun Run with the aim of raising the much-needed fund for the rehabilitation of the La Mesa Watershed through ABS-CBN Foundation's Bantay Kalikasan.

 

In high spirits, Team STI endured the heat of the sun as they persistently reached for the 5k finish line.

 

Pointing towards the goal of molding students to be actively involved in the community and to learn how to be of service to public, STI strongly endeavors to uncover its students' real learning experiences through active participation in such commendable activities.
