Be Future-Ready. Be STI.
Every learner deserves high quality education. With 63 campuses nationwide, STI has been providing real life education to the Filipino youth since 1983.
The STI Learning Delivery System is a testament to the institution’s commitment to academic excellence. Certified by the International Standards Organization (ISO), it is composed of courseware development, student program development, faculty training and certification, and placement assistance that are essential in shaping a student’s experience at STI.
FUTURE-PROOF PROGRAMS
At STI, courseware is broken down into modules, lectures, and assessments, and is developed at the STI Academic Research Center by industry professionals. It is thoroughly reviewed, updated, and constantly revised to ensure that the students are instilled with relevant knowledge and skills for the modern world.
Furthermore, the school keeps pace with the current demands in the job market. With technological advancements affecting the business industry, the institution introduced the Bachelor of Science in Retail Technology and Consumer Science (BSRTCS) and the
2-yr. Associate in Retail Technology (ART) programs. These relevant and timely programs are aligned with the e-commerce industry which, nowadays, is becoming the standard scene in one of the largest industries in the world.
FULLY EQUIPPED CLASSROOMS & LABORATORIES,
Committed to provide students with the best tools and environment, STI invested in state-of-the-art facilities, simulation laboratories, and classrooms to create a space for learners to hone their skills, master their talents, and collaborate with fellow
future leaders.
Installation of top-of-the-line simulation laboratories allow the students to train with world-class hands-on experience; examples of
which are the full mission bridge simulator for the maritime programs which is situated in STI College Sta. Mesa, and the recruitment and training center in STI College Pasay-EDSA which was a fruition of the partnership with Carnival Cruise Line (CCL).
TRAINED & CERTIFIED EDUCATORS
STI continuously trains its faculty members to the highest level to keep up with modern learning tools and methodologies. To further ensure that students will receive nothing but the best guidance and education, teachers go through a faculty competency certification program to determine their qualifications before they get to teach the students.
Committed to providing industry-driven education, STI also acquires industry professionals who will serve as the foundation for the students to grasp the standards of the professional world. Through this, students are also able to get a glimpse of what’s to come in their professional careers and prepare
them once they depart the yellow and blue walls
of the campus.
HOLISTIC EXPERIENCES
Driven by its lifelong mission to provide progressive education through the finest method possible, STI stands by its 4Cs — Character, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Change-Adeptness — in preparing students for the rapidly evolving world.
These core values are instilled in the academic and extracurricular programs to make sure that students will be equipped with comprehensive skills and knowledge in their own chosen fields of endeavors.
INDUSTRY PARTNERS
Through the years, STI has established strong ties with industry-leading companies which have been essential in the institution’s academic development. For instance, partnering with Huawei, one of the world’s leading information and communications technology (ICT) companies, led to the integration of Huawei’s ICT content into STI’s curriculum.
Additionally, STI’s partnership with CCL allowed Hospitality Management students to absorb insights from the world’s largest cruise line and get a glimpse of cruise line life.
These partnerships with industry-leading companies prove vital to the institution’s Enrollment to Employment (E2E) System. The fruitful years that STI students spend in harnessing their skills, developing their character, and preparing for the future culminate through
this system which instills applicable education, job market skills, job preparedness,
and job placement assistance.
