STI Bags Anvils for Youth-Oriented Programs

After winning the Grand Anvil Award and two Gold Anvil Awards last year, STI Education Services Group, Inc. (STI) once again owned the spotlight by bagging two Gold Anvil Awards for Student’s Career Opportunity and Personality Evaluator (SCOPE) and two Silver Anvil Awards for STI Career Camp during the 55th Anvil Awards: Gabi ng Parangal on February 28, 2020 at the Manila Hotel.
Held annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), the Anvil is a symbol of excellence in the field of public relations (PR). Considered as the “Oscars” of the said industry in the Philippines, the Anvil Awards recognizes outstanding and laudable PR programs, tools, and practitioners assessed by select PR professionals.

Under the categories of Public Relations Program on a Sustained Basis for Education/Literacy as well as Public Relations Program on a Sustained Basis for Youth/Children’s Welfare, the STI SCOPE won two Gold Anvil Awards for providing the youth with knowledge and tools that will help them come up with informed decisions for their education and career path.
Meanwhile, the STI Career Camp claimed two Silver Anvil Awards under the categories of Public Relations Tools – Exhibit and Special Event Conference/Convention as well as Specialized Public Relations Program Advocacy Campaign. The awards are intended to acknowledge the effort of the institution in preparing individuals for senior high school, college, and employment.

The STI Student’s Career Opportunity and Personality Evaluator (SCOPE) is one of STI’s longstanding program that helps students find the best career that fits their personality. In less than 30 minutes, the computerized program will generate a free comprehensive and customized report. This report will then be discussed by the Guidance Counselor, Guidance Officer, or Career Adviser to guide the student learners in coming up with a relevant decision for their future.

With the aim to help and guide learners in choosing the right track or course, the STI Career Camp is a two-day free workshop for both Grade 10 and 12 students where they can explore their possible career options for senior high school or college. It offers Entrepreneurs Camp, Bakers Camp, Mobile Photography Camp, and Game Developers Camp.
STI has always been committed in bringing out the best in our students so that they can become capable and well-rounded individuals in the future. However, the road getting there may not be clear for many students, especially those who have yet to decide on which senior high school track or college program to take. That is why we have launched the STI Student’s Career Opportunity and Personality Evaluator or SCOPE and the STI Career Camp. Both are tools to guide the youth on the right career path to take that is fit for their personality. We are delighted to be recognized by the PRSP as this further compels us to continue and fortify our tools moving forward.
